We warrant that any Crimpmaker™ will be free from failure caused by manufacture or design defect for ninety (90) days past user's proof of purchase date. The warranty policy is included with every tool.
An unused tool may be returned in the original carton for a full refund less 10% for restocking.

Plumbing work is tough on tools. Eventually your Crimpmaker™ PEX crimping tool will be worn and possibly damaged. We encourage you to return your Crimpmaker™ to be repaired by MIL3 technicians to like-new condition and then quickly returned to you. The tool to be repaired should be packaged in the original box or other suitable protective packaging, along with a check ($50.00), or if you prefer to pay by credit card, you may also call us toll-free at 866-688-6453, and we will take payment over the phone. The $50 covers the cost of the tool repair and return shipping to you via UPS Ground. You are responsible for cost of shipping the tool to Mil3.
